Chinese New Year Gifting 2018: Year of the Dog

Fabergé, Tod’s and Gucci unleash the hounds for Chinese New Year 2018

The Chinese New Year Collection by Gucci

Gucci’s new canine collection for Chinese New Year is inspired by creative director Alessandro Michele’s two Boston Terriers, Bosco and Orso. An illustration of man's best friend by artist Helen Downie exuberantly appears on cardigans, denim jackets, backpacks, tote bags and small leather goods, framed a colourful suede patch.

Fabergé honours Chinese New Year with a limited-edition egg locket pendant. The signature egg is delicately handcrafted in red guilloché enamel and glittering round white diamonds, set in 18 karat yellow gold. It opens to reveal an intricate, lustrous golden dog.
