If, like us, your New Year’s resolution to get fit didn’t go exactly to plan, fear not. Help is at hand in the form of Dan Roberts, personal trainer and certified strength and conditioning coach.
Training with Dan isn’t your average PT session – while you’ll find plenty of exercises to help you learn new skills, build stamina and strength and learn to be more agile, his sessions aren’t merely about how many sit-ups you can do (12 and a half, but who’s counting?).
Dan’s new Kick Start package involves five days of intense two-hour sessions split between Dan himself and his in-house yoga instructor, Sarah Hunt. After an initial interview, Dan will design a bespoke fitness programme which suits your goals and natural athletic ability.
After the week’s sessions, you’ll take away images and film from your training, personalised into a training manual to learn and master – plus you’ll have three 30-minute Skype consultations with Dan in the following three months so you can keep yourself on track and discuss your progression.
