Three cheers for guilt-free shopping as London's most stylish charity shop opens on Sloane Street
Get ready for the world's most glamourous charity shop, created in partnership with the NSPCC and supported by Harrods and Cadogan. The chic standalone store will open on Sloane Street this Friday 13 April 2018, brimming with high-end designer goods.
It is the first time that Harrods and Cadogan have come together in support of a local cause. “Sloane Street has been one of the world’s most luxurious shopping destinations since its creation by the first Earl Cadogan in the 18th century," said Hugh Seaborn, chief executive of Cadogan. "Creating great places is not just about bricks and mortar – it’s about contributing to the local community and wider society and this is a great opportunity to support the UK’s leading children’s charity who do such admirable work protecting childhood.”
The pop-up boutique, which is open for one month, will stock a diverse selection of luxury pre-owned and donated wares spanning menswear, womenswear, childrenswear and accessories. All proceeds will go towards supporting the NSPCC's work in London. Designer shopping with a side of philanthropy? That's a cause we can certainly get on board with.
