Finchatton has partnered with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts to bring the first standalone Four Seasons private residences to Mayfair
Have you always dreamed of having the luxuries of a five-star hotel at home? Now is your chance. Finchatton, the London-based luxury international design and development company, has partnered with luxury hospitality firm Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, to bring the first Four Seasons standalone private residences to London.
Opening in 2018, the residences will be the first Four Seasons Private Residences to be operated independently of a Four Seasons hotel or resort.
Thirty-seven private residences, serviced by Four Seasons employees and with access to luxury hotel amenities, will be available at Twenty Grosvenor Square. Formerly the US Naval Headquarters from the beginning of the Second World War, Twenty Grosvenor Square has a rich history and is located within one of Mayfair’s prestigious garden squares.
The three, four and five bedroom apartments will feature luxurious features, such as elegant drawing rooms, high ceilings, media rooms, family and catering kitchens, and separate access for staff. The luxury residences will also have access to a top-of-the-range fitness centre, a spa with a 25m swimming pool, sauna and steam, a private wine cellar, a cinema and private landscaped gardens.
“Buyers quite rightly expect world-class amenities, concierge and service when purchasing a Finchatton property,” says Andrew Dunn, co-founder of Finchatton. “Partnering with Four Seasons to deliver this, and more, at Twenty Grosvenor Square will bring the very best to one of London’s most distinguished locations.”
J. Allen Smith, President and CEO, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts adds, “Twenty Grosvenor Square is a significant development for Four Seasons as it marks our much-anticipated entry into standalone residential. Partnering with Finchatton is an incredible opportunity for us to bring our vision for free-standing residential to life, elevating our global portfolio and establishing Four Seasons in the standalone residential market.”
