Inside Simone Pérèle's exclusive new pop-up in Harrods’ lingerie department
As we refresh our wardrobes for spring/summer, there is no better time than now to update our lingerie drawers. On cue, the beginning of February saw French lingerie brand Simone Pérèle open its exclusive pop up in Harrods, unveiling its new flora-and-fauna-inspired S/S17 collection. In keeping with the modern trend for wearing underwear as outerwear, the latest range has been designed to be seen, with bold floral and animal prints, vibrant colours and oversized details.
What’s more, the pop-up also offers an exclusive ‘behind-the-curtains’ service whereby customers can get advice from brand experts in order to get the perfect size and fit. With more than one-third of British women reportedly sporting the wrong bra size, this has proven a particular welcome addition.
Founded in 1948 by the visionary corsetmaker, Simone Pérèle has since become synonymous with the founder’s elegant, modern and individual style. Since debuting in Harrods’ luxury lingerie department on the first floor, the brand has positively flourished and due to popular demand, it has extended its stay and will be residing there until the end of May. So make sure to pop in before you miss out.
