Drink like royalty with the king of cognac, Hennessy. The French house finds a new home at the Four Seasons Hotel London, Park Lane
Calling all cognac lovers. Master blender Hennessy has partnered with the Four Seasons in Mayfair on an exclusive new Experience Room, celebrating the grand Paradis Impérial.
Launched in 2011, the Hennessy Paradis Impérial was inspired by a blend first created in 1818, as a commission for the Russian Empress for her son, Tsar Alexander 1. The royally sublime spirit is crafted from the House’s rarest and oldest selection of eaux-de-vies, hand-selected from Hennessy’s reserve cellar or ‘Paradis’. This is a rare opportunity to sample the exceptional spirit, paired with a four-course menu devised by Four Seasons Hotel executive chef Romuald Feger. Menu highlights include Scottish blue lobster tail, roasted turbot and venison with wild mushroom roulade.
Guests enter via a private entrance on Hamilton Place and are greeted with an aperitif of Hennessy X.O, a dark and complex house staple. An impeccable sensory experience follows, set within an intimate private dining room that sits between just six and ten. The Experience Room celebrates Hennessy’s revered pedigree and craftsmanship amid the glamorous surroundings of the five-star Four Seasons Hotel.
