The Tommy Hilfiger carnival comes to Camden, with a troupe of leather-clad celebrities and music from The Chainsmokers
Tommy Hilfiger upped sticks this season and presented his third TOMMYNOW collection at London Fashion Week. Titled Rockcircus, the large-scale production transformed the Roundhouse in Camden into a Tommy-striped carnival, featuring the new TommyXGigi capsule collection created in partnership with Gigi Hadid.
Previously shown at New York and Venice Beach, the TommyNow collection blends nineties nostalgia, youthful streetwear and a pinch of glamour, flavoured with a rock ‘n’ roll, rebellious spirit. “It’s our vision of modern Americana where youth culture and grunge meet prep,” read the show notes.
Models included siblings Gigi, Bella and Anwar Hadid, Jourdan Dunn and Hailey Baldwin, while more than 2000 guests turned out for the occasion including Lewis Hamilton, Neymar and Poppy Delevingne. For the first time, the brand consolidated both menswear and womenswear lines and the see-now-buy-now collection is completely shoppable online, instore and via the new TOMMYNOW SNAP app powered by augmented reality.
The Hilfiger circus culminated with an aerial performance by NoFit State, the UK’s leading contemporary circus company, and a performance by The Chainsmokers, followed by a blow-out party worthy of any rock star.
